Learn MoreDr Bristow personally called me with the results of my colonoscopy, a rare occurrence. I was treated respectfully and given every consideration. I trust this practice.
I am very pleased with the care I received. My appointment was on the morning Hurricane Helene hit. Our area was affected by it more than expected. I was so surprised that my appointment was not cancelled, but thankful that it wasn't because of the prep. The staff were so kind, even during the chaos due to not having a full team. They were patient with one another also. Communicating with each other and stepping in where needed (even the clinical manager). Each one who came in that morning for my procedure, risked their life that morning. I know they did because we risked ours going to the appointment. I am forever thankful for each one of them not just for showing up but for the compassion they showed. From check in to check out! I highly recommend them for your gastroenterology care!
All the staff went above and beyond. The nurses, doctor, and anesthesiologist explained everything and were very reassuring .I couldn't have ask for a.better experience.Great staff!!!!
Compassion, understanding and skillful. Everyone encountered was polite, respectful and knowledgeable. Felt comfortable during the entire process from consultation to recovery. Highly recommend.
